Crossing Point Technologies LLC, today announced that it would change its name to Sentrinsic LLC effective March 20, 2006, reflecting the company's primary focus as the premier provider of Intrinsic Sensing for linear position feedback.

"This name change reflects our continued focus on providing innovative sensing technologies for motion control applications. We expect that the new name better reinforce who we are and what we do," said CEO Mike Orndorff.

Consistent with the company name change, Sentrinsic will now be found online at www.sentrinsic.com. The new website now provides information for strategic partners and customers as well as details on the base Intrinsic Sensing technology.
